4.2 Service Agreement

Formal service agreements are executed before work begins, detailing specific deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and responsibilities of both parties.

6. Payment Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Force majeure events excuse performance delays
• Specific limitations may be outlined in individual service agreements

We warrant that our services will be performed:

• With professional care and skill
• In accordance with industry standards
• By qualified and experienced personnel
• Within agreed timelines, subject to client cooperation

11. Termination

Service agreements may be terminated:

• By mutual consent of both parties
• For material breach with appropriate notice period
• For non-payment of fees
• According to specific terms in service agreements

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts and governed by Estonian law.

13. Service Area

Our services are available to businesses across CIS countries, excluding the Russian Federation. Remote consulting and support services are available throughout our service area.

14. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
